I was a size 10, was raped, got pregnant. I taught, TAUGHT, step and spin 5x a week at 8weeks pregnant. Due to some complications, I was forced to stop. No exercise lead to me gaining 95 pounds during my pregnancy. I KNOW!!
Being a single mom, leaves NO time for me.
I'm a songwriter, and this year - I'M DETERMINED to get back into my skinny closet.

Mom is a Life Coach
She works 60+ hours a week and still finds time to pour into our lives. My dad is disabled with Crohn's disease. SO - between work, taking care of ALL of us... there's NEGATIVE time for her to take care of herself.
